STEP by STEP Skin Retouching
Part of this season's "NAME YOUR OWN PRICE" special, was a way to help aspiring models get decent headshots while also practicing and toning my skills for retouching.
I have begun on Shannon's images for her professional headshots on blemish removal.
Since Shannon will be using her images for catalog work, I do not want to smooth the skin beyond detail. There are programs that will do it for you, but I wanted to concentrate on being able to do it for myself at an acceptable level.
This is the first 15 minutes minutes of working. I have been using two main brushes at pixel level correction. I have not yet started on color or tone correction.
